New home, new friend

Monday, February 11, 2008

I’m a little late in writing about this, but as I mentioned back in December, we bought a house. We moved in just before the new year and have been living here happily for the past several weeks. It’s a small shotgun house over 100 years old. An unexpected surprise has been the wonderful neighbors we’ve met.

To add to that, we adopted a new member into our family and home. His name is Rocky and he’s about 1 year old — still a puppy. He’s a Spaniel mix of some sort, although we’re not exactly sure. He has a lot of energy and requires more of me than I was ready to give, but we love him dearly and enjoy having him with us (I am sure he enjoys it here, too).

A new website for Dressed In Value will be revealed soon along with some actual portfolio pieces. There are also representational goals that the new design will accomplish. Subscribe to the RSS feed or follow on Twitter to be notified.

Architecture and civic life
